RETURN POLICY
Express Mower Parts will accept returns for defective merchandise and incorrect shipments within 30 days of delivery. To report your problem, please call us at 1-866-516-6937 within 30 days of delivery. We will email or mail you a return authorization along with a call tag if the item was defective or shipped in error and issue credit upon inspection of the returned merchandise. If you request a return for any other reason, a 15% restocking charge may apply. Items deemed not to be in salable condition will not be credited. We do not refund any parts that have been used. After the return is processed, a refund will be issued on salable parts. Electrical parts are not included in the return policy. All sales on electrical parts are final, no returns will be given on these items.
DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is received “damaged” please sign the delivery receipt as “damaged”. If the parcel was delivered without your signature, notify the local office of the shipper immediately. If your order is incomplete, please check the packing slip to make sure there are no backorders. In either case, advise us within 5 days by calling 1-866-516-6937 or fax us at 1-866-526-6937 so that we can arrange a reshipment and file a claim with the carrier.
