FREIGHT POLICY
1-3 Day Shipping Zones - Free Freight on Orders Over $100 (Engines & Handheld Equipment do not qualify for free freight)
• Applies to shipments within the 1, 2 or 3 day shipping area (see map on page 1)
• Shipments to residential addresses will be billed for a $5 “residential delivery” surcharge*
4+ Day Shipping Zones - 5% of Order Total ($10.00 minimum charge) on Orders Over $100*
• Freight charge applies to shipments outside the 1-3 days shipping area but within the 48 contiguous states (see map on page 1)
• Shipments to residential addresses will be billed an additional $5 “residential delivery” surcharge*
Orders Below $100
Shipping charges will be added to your invoice, including any applicable residential delivery charges.
Surcharges
Shipments to residential addresses and rural routes are assessed additional charges by our carriers. To maintain our low prices and freight value, we must charge this fee.
Same Day Shipping
Orders received in our warehouse by 4:00 p.m. EST will ship the same day.
* When ordering via fax, be sure to note in your adress if you have a commercial address to avoid the $5 surcharge.
